WELCOME    

Welcome to the site for Ace's Place Safe House and Online Store. We will raise funds from sales at our online store which we will use to enable us to pay our staff and raise funds for community organizations. Once we have raised enough funds to get started with the Safe Boarding House we will be able to serve a variety of clients in the Cowichan Valley in British Columbia by offering a short term safe place to stay. WHO WE ARE

Ace's Place has been a dream of mine for many years. Finally it is becoming a reality! The Safe House is going to be a place where anyone requiring a safe house to live in for a short period of time - from GLBT youths who need a place to stay, to victims of abuse or rape, who need a place to recoup or runaways that cant find a place they can afford to stay. We will work with you to help you settle down for a spell, or just give you a clean bed and warm meal.  If we can't help you directly, we can put you in contact with someone who can help you in your current situation.

EXPERIENCE

Our Online store has collectibles, household items, and other miscellaneous things that are either brand new or lightly used. They are ready for their new homes. We can ship larger items using moving companies, or you can come pick them up. The funds raised from the online store will help to offer services to more people and to fund the SafeHouse and pay the staff members.

CONSULTATIONS

We have an on call counsellor, social worker and educational or vocational advisor. We are located near a major hospital should you need medical attention. Think of this as a half way house  with lots of heart, and no set program to have to complete. Individual attention without that feeling of someone looking voer your shoulder - unless of course you need that!
